  To Whom It May Concern,

  This is to confirm that Mr. Ross Goodwin has been employed at Domtar, Vancouver for nineteen   years as an Operating Engineer. Our plant consists of four package boilers producing 150,000lbs.   Per hour of steam for two paper machines and an off machine coater. The steam plant is also   responsible for all water systems, air systems and fire systems. Ross has been instrumental in   developing some detailed electronic web based instructions and procedures for our fire systems   and various alarm systems. These improvements have been largely driven by Ross’s personal   desire to improve work methods and instructions. Ross easily takes the lead to give instruction to   his assistant and others as the need arises. He is well liked and respected by his colleagues. He   communicates well and gets along well with others and in groups. Future opportunities for Ross   will be a loss to Domtar, Vancouver. Ross has the technical abilities, organizational abilities and   leadership skills to succeed in higher-level career opportunities.
