If you are not prompted to install the "presenter" plug-in (pxsetup.exe), then do so by clicking here and selecting "run". Then click on the image above and "open" the file. Go get yourself a cup of tea or a glass of wine while the images download to a temporary folder on your computer. The time it takes to download the show will depend on your connection speed.
